Primo is a worldwide provider of extruded plastic profiles. We are a group of sales and manufacturing companies, primarily in Europe but we are expanding overseas.
We have production plants and sales organisations in all Nordic countries plus Germany, Poland, Russia and China.
History
The Primo group is a Danish family-owned company with more than 50 years of experience in the plastics industry.
Primo was founded back in 1959 and has concentrated its activities on extrusion of plastics right from the beginning.
It all started in the countryside not far from the Danish west coast; however, the company soon needed more space, and today the Primo group consists of 14 locations in 8 countries and more than 700 employees.
Former CEO, Fleming Grunnet took over after his father, founder of the company, in 1977 and is chairman of the board in the mother company, Inter Primo.
During his leadership, Primo has become even more consolidated and globally oriented.ory
