Located in the lower reaches of the Yangtze River, eastern Anhui Province, Anhui Easyway Medical Supplies Co., Ltd. (the Company) is about 50 km away from Nanjing and Yangzhou. Its modern production plant locates in the eastern suburbs of Tianchang, an ancient city that boasts thousands of years of cultural history, a galaxy of advanced talents and beautiful scenery. Moreover, the Company is the national designated specialized joint venture that produces disposable infusion set and sterile syringes.
The new plant was built in 2002, with a registered capital of RMB 10 million. It covers an area of about 50 hectares, with a construction area of 45,000 square meters, including 25,000 square meters of Class 100,000 clean room. Its clean rooms, and biochemical & physical laboratories are constructed strictly according to GMP standards, and the laboratories above are equipped with all varieties of advanced testing apparatuses.
There are more than 1,000 employees, including over 100 professionals engaged in management and technical development and testing, and ten internal auditors. They all possess college degree or above, and have passed relevant professional trainings. The Company has established quality management system as per the requirements of certification quality standard. Besides, it has already obtained the Permit for Medical Device Operation Enterprises, Health Permit, People’s Republic of China Registration Certificate for Medical Device, License for Manufacturing Measuring Instruments, and the Import & Export Enterprise Qualification Certificate, and has passed certifications such as ISO 9001-2000, ISO 13485-2004 and CE.
Easyway, with advanced manufacturing equipments, complete testing instruments and strong technical capabilities, has an annual output of 100 million blood transfusion sets and disposable infusion sets; a production and processing capacity of 300 million disposable sterile syringes, and also supplies customers with scalp vein sets and blood lancets.
