KINGPHAR MEDICAL GROUP is a group enterprise engaged in weaving, bleaching, medical supplies production etc. The subsidiary include Hubei Qianjiang Kingphar Medical Material Co Ltd, Hubei Kingphar World Healthcare Co Ltd, Qianjiang Kingphar Medical Packaging & Printing Co Ltd, Hubei HeCom Medical Device Co Ltd and Wuhan Kingphar Medical Device Co Ltd. We have the right to import and export by ourselves. The company headquarter is located in Qianjiang City in Hubei Province, a Chinese Star-City in beautiful & rich Jianghan Plain. Leads to Wuhan airport eastward, Yangtze River southward, Han River northward, and adjacent to Shanghai – Chongqing highway, it has a convenient traffic. Meanwhile Qianjiang is one of the main production base for cotton and rice, and a beautiful water town, it is also a resourceful city.

With more than 800 staffs, various loom, folding machine, sewing machine, sterile package equipment and bandages machine of 1,000 sets, ETO and Steam sterilizer and pure oxygen roll-type-bleaching lines. Our Surgical dressing/Medical supplies production capacity is more than 800 x 40' FCL.

Our main production focus on Medical Gauze Series, Non-woven Series, Absorbent Cotton Series, Bandage Series, which are widely used for Wound care, Dental Disposable, Surgical/OR, First Aid, Home care, and Cosmetic. The products include, but not limited to Absorbent Cotton Gauze Roll, Gauze Swabs (Sponges), Laparotomy (Abdominal) Sponges, Gauze Ball, Non-woven Swabs (Sponges), Elastic Bandage, Gauze Bandage, Cotton Filled (Dental) Sponges, Tracheostomy (Drain) Sponges, Absorbent Cotton Wool, Cotton Ball, Cotton Pad, Wound Dressing Pad, Tape & Plaster, and so on. All of these products are available in multiple specification; in sterile or non-sterile package... Meanwhile we can also supply the other products according to customer's specific requests and samples. We have exported our products to more than 80 countries and regions for years and enjoy a well-earned reputation for overall reliability.

Since our establishment, we have been persisting in the aim of "seeking lifeblood and development through quality" and have been focusing in scientific and strict inter-enterprise management & administration. The production environment is strictly according to GMP standards with cleaning room of Class 100,000, also we have the reasonable production overall arrangement and advanced production facilities.

In 1998, we got the certificate of ISO9002 & EN46002 from TUV Product Service GmBH, Germany, a well- known Notify Body in the world. In 2004, we received the certificate of ISO13488 & EC 93/42EEC. In 2005 we passed the audit of ISO13485, a professional requirement for medical devices. In 2009 we passed the audit of EN ISO 11135-1 for ETO sterilization. In 2017 we got the certificate of EN ISO 17665-1 for Steam sterilization. Meanwhile, we also passed the FDA factory audit. We can assure you the higher and more stable quality by our strict QA/QC systems.

With the professional inspection team and complete inspection facility, we can carry out all related testing items according to USP, BP, EP etc. Meanwhile we have own Bioburden/Sterility testing facility and measures, in which can make all the related testing and control.
