The founders of Medimetal Ltd – Mr Istvan Antal and Mr Istvan Stefan were the pioneers of trauma implant manufacturing in Hungary.
Since the 1970s - as development engineers of a former company - they have continuously invested energy in expanding the traumatological product range and innovate its technology in Hungary.
As continuation of these referencies and traditions, Medimetal Ltd has been in operation in its current form since 1993.
We use the latest CAD-CAM systems, which enable rapid development of new ideas and efficient co-operation among our clinical partners, engineers and production.
Our manufacturing facility uses the latest technology from TORNOS and STAR, DMG work centers and Monnier-Zahner thread milling machines.
We are aligned with EN ISO 13485:2012, ISO 9001:2008 and our products meet the requirements of EC Directive 93/94 EEC Medical Devices. TÜV Rheinland performs our audits.
The products are made from the highest quality steel and titanium alloys of the leading suppliers, who guarantee quality and certification. The implant testing is carried out in accredited laboratories
All the finished products go through quality control.
We have 40 years of experience in developing and manufacturing implants and our wide range of products meet the high requirements of both the local market and also our export partners all over the world.
