Xi'an Kaydee Medical Appliances Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of all types of medical appliances, integrating development and production together. Our main products include Sterile Disposable Skin Stapler, Sterile Disposable Staple Remover, Adhesive Surgical Dressing and Disposable Urethral Catheter Set. Our company was established in 1996 and changed our name to Kaydee in 2006. We have many years of history in the medical appliances industry.
Our company employs more than 50 workers. Through the efforts of our entire staff, we have become a strong medical appliance manufacturer. Our factory has an area of about 2000 square meters, including one 100,000 grade clean room, one ultrasonic washing room, one manufacturing pure water workshop and one Ethylene Oxide sterilization workshop with fully automatic control. Meanwhile we have three well equipped laboratories: Microbe Lab, Physical Lab and Chemical Lab. We have provided some advanced equipments such as: Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine, Ultrasonic Cleaning Machine, Ethylene Oxide Sterilizer, Sealing Machine, Drying machine, Washer, Air Compressor, Vacuum packaging machine, Water unit, Air-conditioning unit, Speed Heat-strapping, Coder, Desktop multi-purpose drill, Nitrogen pressure reducer, Continuous laser which can inhale dust tester, Inclined tube micro-pressure meter, and Electric thermostat incubator. Our annual production capability is 1 million Sterile Disposable Skin Staplers and Sterile Disposable Staple Removers.
Currently, our products are widely used in over 1000 Chinese hospitals and already exported to America, Turkey, Korea, India, Iran, Italy, France, Morocco and 20 other countries and regions. Our company has focused on research, development and innovation, and has developed two kinds of skin staplers and three kinds of staple removers. In 2007, we attained ISO13485:2003 Medical Device Quality Management System Certification.
